At Seleny, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our return, refund & exchange policy, which is designed to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want to emphasize that we do not have a return or refund policy. 

Exchange Eligibility:

Please note that we do not accept returns; however, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. 

You can Exchange a Product with another item, or Return an item for Store Credit. 

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Requests for exchange made after this period cannot be accommodated.
  • To claim a free exchange in case of defect/damage products delivered, unboxing video must be provided immediately upon receipt. Needless to say the damage should be from manufacturing or shipping errors. 
  • Store Credit is valid for 6 months. Two exchanges maximum per Credit Note.
  • Our plating is guaranteed for one year. Discolouration within this period qualifies for an exchange. Refer to our 'Warranty Policy' section below.
  • We do not provide exchanges or returns for damages caused by wear and tear.
  • Post 3 day, damaged items by manufacturing/shipping are ineligible for return/exchange.
  • To be eligible for exchange, products must be unworn/unused and in their original condition.

Here are the products that are not eligible for exchange:

  • Promotional/Sale or discounted orders
  • Hair accessories such as scrunchies, clips, claws
  • Any products that have been washed, chemically treated or damaged/broken due to styling, post purchase. 

Warranty Policy

We provide 1 Year Warranty for plating of all our demi-fine jewellery pieces!

 Claim Guidelines:

  1. Capture a photo of the discolouration or tarnished product.
  2. For claims, email complete details (order#, photos/video, claim) to customercare@selenystudio.com.
  3. Self-ship to our official address provide below. Email/WhatsApp courier details (AWB#).
  4. Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit note, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Damage/breakage due to wear and tear.
  • Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
  • Not applicable on luxury Swarovski sets and silver plating products
  • Damage/breakage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling by customer.

Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at  customersupport@selenystudio.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

For exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Seleny is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any accessories/ merchandise you have ordered from us. 

All international and domestic orders are non-refundable 

Shipping Instructions:

When returning the goods, kindly ensure that you clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package. We also require the return receipt of the package with a clear tracking number.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process a Store Credit Coupon Code. This code can be used for your future purchase or shared as a thoughtful gift.

Please be aware that we DO NOT OFFER REFUND. Instead, we provide STORE CREDIT.

Package Security:

We want to emphasize that Seleny Studio is not responsible for any package theft that may occur after delivery confirmation. And this will not be considered as a valid reason for refund.

Please Note:

During festivals, Sales, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take upto 20 days to deliver. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience during these times. 

Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns & Exchange policy :
