Our online store is currently open and shipping regularly. 

For Domestic Orders - Within India.

FREE SHIPPING IN INDIA

The dispatch time is 2- 7 Working Days

Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

I’ve placed an order online and need an update. Who do I call or email?

You can reach out directly to orders@selenystudio.com. All of your orders are packed  from the studio, Monday-Saturday, 10 - 7 pm. We take upto 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated. 

For Domestic orders:

All Domestic orders are shipped via Blue Dart on the same day or the next day with delivery confirmation tracking.

Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back to our store and will incur a reshipment fee.
